Summary: (a) West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967)----S. 45: Mutation of Tamleek---Validity---Challenge by co-heirs. A declaratory suit was filed by the respondents, daughters of the predecessor-in-interest, challenging Mutation No. 20 dated 3-9-1970, which transferred disputed land to their brother, Allah Bakhsh, through Tamleek. The Courts below found that the petitioner failed to produce any valid order to justify the mutation.
